Public spaces are our jam! OMI-CPP brings Ocean Avenue and the surrounding San Francisco District 11 neighborhoods to life, through regular activations and programming, making our community more welcoming and inviting for all. Although different areas of the District are utilized for this purpose throughout the year, our main event programming hubs are Unity Plaza and Excelsior Playground.
San Francisco District 11 is filled with major streets and alleys, shadowed by rich historical infrastructure. We partner with the business community, City departments, residents, and other stakeholders to define a public realm vision and implement physical improvements, programming, and activations to make District 11 a welcoming, attractive and vibrant destination for everyone.
